1. About genesisperera.com

genesisperera.com is Genesis Perera's personal brand website. Here I share my story, free resources, product recommendations, information about my work as a content creator and digital training programs. The site is open to visitors and buyers from many countries. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Sales made through this site are made in the name of Genesis Perera, as an individual. If sales are made in the name of a company in the future, I will update these terms.

2. Who creates the programs and who sells them

Autobot Cash Academy and Autobot Launch (official name: “Autobot Launch by Autobot Cash Academy”) are digital educational programs developed by Autobot Cash Academy LLC, the company that owns both programs, their content and their trademarks. Autobot Launch is a separate program from Autobot Cash Academy.

Genesis Perera sells these programs through the authorized manual sales arrangement provided for in the official terms of Autobot Cash Academy LLC: she receives payment directly from the buyer through Stripe, reports the sale to the academy and handles the enrollment. Genesis Perera does not own the programs or their content, and is not a legal representative of Autobot Cash Academy LLC.

As the direct seller, Genesis Perera is responsible for the payment collected through her Stripe links, for communicating with you about your purchase and for coordinating your enrollment with the academy. Autobot Cash Academy LLC, as the owner and administrator of the programs, is responsible for their content, its platform, and the teaching and academic management of the courses.

The courses are taught and managed by the academy, which manages access to its learning platform. The use of each program is also governed by the official terms and conditions of Autobot Cash Academy LLC: those of Autobot Cash Academy (last updated September 25, 2026) and those of Autobot Launch (last updated July 20, 2026). These genesisperera.com terms do not replace the academy's terms.

3. Prices

• Autobot Cash Academy: $597.99 USD.
• Autobot Launch: $197 USD.
• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). If you pay with a card in another currency, your bank will handle the conversion and may charge currency exchange or international transaction fees.
• Prices are the programs' official prices. I don't offer discounts or terms other than those authorized by the academy.
• The price is for purchasing the program. It is not a monthly subscription.
• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase an academy.

If any tax applies to your purchase, it will be shown to you on the checkout page before you confirm it.

4. Payment methods and financing

Payments are processed by Stripe, which accepts major international cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as long as the payment is authorized by the issuing bank and allowed by the relevant providers and applicable law. Acceptance of every card, bank or country is not guaranteed.

Depending on your country and availability, the Stripe checkout page may also show other payment methods, such as Apple Pay, Cash App Pay, Klarna, Afterpay or bank payment. Only the methods shown as available on your checkout page can be used.

Installment options such as Klarna or Afterpay are offered by third parties: they depend on your country, the provider's availability, your eligibility and their approval, and they are governed by their own terms. They are not payment plans from the academy. Any payment plans the academy may offer through its own channels do not apply to purchases made on genesisperera.com.

5. Enrollment and access delivery

Before completing your payment on the Stripe checkout page, you must accept these Terms and Conditions and the Final Sales and Refund Policy. This acceptance does not remove any non-waivable legal rights you have as a consumer.

1. You choose the academy.
2. You pay Genesis Perera directly through Stripe.
3. We receive the payment confirmation and the details needed for your enrollment.
4. We report the sale to the academy and handle your enrollment.
5. The academy verifies the information and activates your access.
6. You receive your access instructions by email.

Once the payment has been confirmed and the information needed to handle the enrollment has been received, the activation process with the academy will begin. Access instructions will be sent to the email address provided by the buyer within 24 hours at most, in line with the established manual sales process.

Access is not instant, because activation requires manual processing. The academy reserves the right to verify purchases before granting access.

If you don't receive your instructions within that time, check your spam folder and email me at genesispereracollabs@gmail.com with the email you used to pay and the name of the academy. I will review the issue and handle it with the academy.

6. Final sales and refunds

Due to the digital nature of the programs, once access to the educational content has been granted the sale is final: voluntary refunds or returns due to a change of mind, not using the program or not getting results are not accepted, except where applicable law grants mandatory consumer rights. If the law of your country gives you a right of withdrawal or cancellation for online purchases, the final sale rule will apply only to the extent that law allows.

Requests to cancel purchases that haven't been activated yet, duplicate charges or billing errors, and access delivery problems are reviewed as described in the Final Sales and Refund Policy. Genesis Perera cannot change Autobot Cash Academy LLC's refund terms on her own; this does not exclude the legal responsibilities she has as the seller who receives the payment.

7. Program usage terms

• Each license is personal and non-transferable.
• Sharing usernames, passwords, videos, files or resources from the programs, or reselling their content without authorization, is prohibited.
• The academy may update the programs' modules, resources and content.
• The length of access, updates, community and other benefits of each program are governed by the academy's current official terms.

8. Specific terms for Autobot Launch and affiliate programs

• Autobot Launch is a separate program. Purchasing it does not include Autobot Cash Academy.
• Purchasing Autobot Launch is not a partial payment toward Autobot Cash Academy and does not entitle you to automatic discounts on it later.
• Purchasing Autobot Launch does not automatically grant access to its affiliate program or the right to resell the program. That benefit is reserved for active Autobot Cash Academy students and subject to Autobot Cash Academy LLC's official terms.
• Autobot Cash Academy LLC has its own affiliate program, with terms set by the company. Purchasing either program does not automatically make the buyer an affiliate or guarantee income.

9. Educational purposes, no guaranteed results

The programs are for educational purposes. They do not guarantee income, profits or financial or business results. Each person's results depend on many factors, such as their dedication, experience, the time they invest and market conditions. Neither Genesis Perera nor the academy offers any additional guarantee of results.

10. Intellectual property

The content, materials and trademarks of Autobot Cash Academy and Autobot Launch belong to Autobot Cash Academy LLC.

The original content created by Genesis Perera for this site, including its text, her own materials and brand identity elements, is protected by applicable law. Third-party trademarks, images and materials belong to their respective owners and are used under the corresponding permissions or licenses.

The original content of this site, including the free guide, may not be copied or distributed for commercial purposes without permission.

11. Affiliate links and external sites

Some links on this website are affiliate links. I may earn a commission from purchases made through them.

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

Prices, availability and terms for external products and services are set by each store or service.

12. Liability

The educational programs are developed and managed by Autobot Cash Academy LLC, which is responsible for their content and for the academic management of its platforms.

Genesis Perera handles purchases made directly through her Stripe links and coordinates the corresponding enrollments with the academy.

External websites and services operate under their own terms. This section does not limit Genesis Perera's legal obligations for the transactions she carries out directly, or consumers' non-waivable rights.

14. Governing law and consumer rights

genesisperera.com is open to visitors and buyers from many countries. Because my business is managed from Miami, these terms are governed primarily by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

This choice does not deprive you of the protection granted by the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence, where they apply and cannot be excluded by agreement. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit those rights.

If any disagreement arises, I invite you to email me first at genesispereracollabs@gmail.com so we can look for a friendly solution. If that isn't possible, a claim may be brought before the competent courts or authorities under applicable law, including, where appropriate, those of your country of residence.

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.

15. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms when the way the site works or the academies' terms change. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page. Future changes do not remove rights already acquired or retroactively change the terms of purchases made before they were published, except where legally appropriate.
