Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for your data

This site belongs to Genesis Perera, based in Miami, Florida (United States). Sales are made in the name of Genesis Perera, as an individual. If sales are made in the name of a company in the future, I will update this policy.

2. Data I receive and technical data that is processed

You can browse genesisperera.com without signing up. The site currently has no contact forms or user accounts, and the free guide can be downloaded without providing any personal information.

Data I receive directly. I only receive personal data in these cases:

• If you email me: your name, your email address and whatever you choose to tell me in your message.
• If you purchase an academy: depending on how the checkout page is set up, Stripe may ask for your name, email address, phone number and billing address. I receive that contact and billing information, along with the payment confirmation and reference. If the academy needs your phone number for your enrollment and it wasn't included in the purchase, I may ask you for it.
• If you join my WhatsApp community: your profile name and phone number are visible in the group, according to WhatsApp's rules.

Your full card details, security code and bank credentials are processed by Stripe. I don't receive or store that information.

Technical data processed by the site's providers. When you visit the website, the technical providers that make it work, such as Netlify, which hosts the site, and Google Fonts, may process your IP address, information about your browser and device, and the technical logs needed for the site to work and stay secure. Each provider handles that data under its own policy. I don't use it to build visitor profiles.

3. How I use your data

• To reply to your messages and questions.
• To confirm your purchase, report the sale to the academy and handle your enrollment.
• To help you if you have a problem with your access or your payment.
• To meet my accounting, tax and legal obligations related to sales.

I don't sell or rent your personal data, and I don't use it to send you advertising without your permission.

4. Data I share with the academy

The academies belong to Autobot Cash Academy LLC. To process authorized manual sales and activate your access, I may share the following with the academy:

• Your full name.
• The email address you used for the purchase.
• The payment reference or receipt.
• Additional information strictly necessary to verify the transaction and activate your access.
• Your phone number, only if it's needed for the enrollment process.

I never share full card numbers, security codes or bank credentials. Stripe processes the payments, and the academy manages access to its learning platform: from your enrollment onward, it handles your data according to its own policies.

5. Service providers involved

• Stripe: processes payments and your financial data under its own privacy policy. If you choose another payment method shown by Stripe, such as Klarna, Afterpay or Cash App Pay, that provider will also handle your data under its own terms.
• Email: communications about your purchase are handled from a Gmail account, a Google service.
• The academy's platforms: those Autobot Cash Academy LLC uses to give you access to the programs.
• Google Fonts: the site loads its fonts from Google servers, which may receive technical data such as your IP address.
• Netlify (web hosting): hosts this site. To serve the pages and keep the site secure, it may process technical data about visits, such as your IP address, browser type and access logs, under its own privacy policy.

6. Cookies, local storage and analytics tools

Cookies. genesisperera.com does not set its own cookies. It also doesn't currently include any analytics, advertising or visitor tracking tools of its own. If I add any in the future, I will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before using them.

Local storage. To remember the language you choose (Spanish or English), the site saves that preference in your browser's local storage (localStorage). It isn't a cookie, it only indicates the language you chose, and it isn't sent to me or to anyone else. You can delete it at any time from your browser settings.

Third-party services. Some embedded or linked services, such as Google Fonts, Netlify, Stripe or the stores my links lead to, may use their own technologies, including cookies, under their own policies.

7. Links to other sites

On this site you'll find links to external sites, such as Amazon, Benable, Stripe, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, the Tu Sushi 305 website and my portfolio. Some are affiliate links. When you leave genesisperera.com, those sites may use their own cookies and apply their own privacy policies.

8. Visitors and buyers from other countries

genesisperera.com is open to people around the world. Because my business is managed from the United States and I use services such as Stripe, Gmail and Netlify, your data may be processed in the United States or in other countries where those providers or the academy operate.

This does not limit the rights granted to you by the data protection laws of your country of residence, where they apply, such as the right to access, correct or delete your data.

If the law of your country grants you additional rights over your data, you can exercise them by emailing me at genesispereracollabs@gmail.com.

9. How long I keep your data

I keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose I received it for and to meet my legal obligations. Depending on the type of information:

• Email inquiries: as long as needed to reply and follow up on your question. If it's related to a purchase, it's kept together with the record of that purchase.
• Purchase and payment records: the receipt, payment reference and billing details are kept as long as needed to handle issues or claims related to the purchase, and for as long as my accounting and tax obligations require. Stripe keeps its own records under its own policy.
• Enrollment information: the data I share with the academy is kept as long as needed to activate your access and resolve any related issues. The academy keeps your account data under its own policies.
• Accounting and tax records: for the periods set by the applicable accounting and tax laws.

When the data is no longer needed, I will delete it or stop using it, unless the law requires me to keep it.

10. Your rights over your data

You can email me at genesispereracollabs@gmail.com to find out what data I have about you, ask me to correct it or request that I delete it when it's no longer needed, as well as to exercise any other right granted to you by the law of your country. I'll reply as soon as possible. Data kept by the academy or Stripe is handled under their own policies; if you need it, I'll help you contact them.

11. Security

I take care of the information you share with me and use well-known services, such as Stripe, to process payments. Even so, no system on the internet is completely foolproof.

12. Minors

This site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase an academy. I don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent me their data, email me: I will review the request and delete that data where appropriate, in line with applicable legal obligations.

13. Changes to this policy

I may update this policy when the way the site works changes. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
